Lake Activities
Granbury is best known for it’s 33 mile lake that runs through it. Lake Granbury has 103 miles of shoreline which attracts homeowners to lake-front living. Activities enjoyed include boating, fishing, skiing, jet skiing, and swimming. Granbury has a City Beach Park where residents and visitors can swim and play on the shoreline. Pier 144 Marina has boat slips, personal watercraft, full-service marine store, RV park and dining.

Golf & Sports
There are 10 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, ranging from private, public and private/public courses. In addition to school-sponsored athletic programs, Granbury offers team sports for adults and youth of all ages. Whether you favor baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer or football, there is a league for you and your children.
Parks, Swimming & Sports
The City of Granbury has several parks: Pearl Street Park, City Beach Park, Lambert Branch Park, Granbury State Park and Shanley Park. The largest, Pearl Street Park, has a four-field complex with a total of 10 ball fields, 8 soccer fields, a basketball court, sand volleyball court and a swimming pool. Connected to the park is Granbury’s Hike & Bike Trail for walkers and bikers.
